Shipping Information

All items will be packaged and delivered to the mail carrier within 7 days of purchase, unless we have specified otherwise. Once with the carrier, you will be sent a tracking number for your package.

Flat rate shipping in Canada and the US. $20. ** excluding fedoras

Fedoras are flat rate $30 in Canada and the US.

Perfectly Imperfect

Each piece begins with the finest New Zealand merino wool, used on its own or paired with silk chiffon. Using top quality natural materials, all items are carefully made by hand, hand-dyed and wet felted in Vancouver. Slight variations and irregularities are inherent to the materials and the process, and are present in every piece, part of what makes each item special.

Although care has been taken to accurately represent the colours of the work, how the colours display on different devices and monitors will vary. In addition, different lighting conditions, both in the photograph and in person will also affect how the colours look. So, expect that the colours of the work will be in the similar range as what you see on your screen but also expect variation.

Return Policy

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Items that are returned unworn, with tags attached and original receipt, within 14 days of receiving your order are eligible for full return or can be returned for store credit up to 30 days.

Customer is responsible for return shipping, with tracking number.

If your return is fit related please contact me first, as there are adjustments that can be done first.
